In short
Only a Skeeper who paid for a visit with Skeepy Pay can review that clinic, once per visit. That is what makes the ratings worth reading.
1Who can review
After you pay a clinic with Skeepy Pay, you can rate that visit and, if you like, say why. One review per visit; you can change it for fourteen (14) days.
2What Skeepers see
A clinic's average stars and how many Skeepers rated it. What you write goes to our team, who read every review.
3What we remove
- Anything abusive, threatening or discriminatory.
- Personal details: phone numbers, addresses, names of staff who are not the clinic's public face.
- Reviews written by or for a clinic, or offered something in return.
- Anything we find to be false.
4Clinics
A clinic may not offer anything in return for a review, or ask Skeepers to change one. Clinics that do are removed.
