Each pet goes on its own plan: Cublings for puppies and kittens under 12 months, Furrtastic, Purrfect or Infinity for the rest. Mix them as you like. Every pet gets the discount: 15% off each for two, 20% for three, 25% for four or more.

Do I have to use your clinics?
Pay any clinic in Nigeria with its own premises and a business bank account. Skeepy's Recommended Clinics, in six states with Lagos and Abuja among them, are there if you want one.
Do I pay first and claim it back later?
At the clinic, you enter the bill and pay it with Skeepy Pay, from your phone. Covered care is paid from your plan; you pay only what it doesn't cover, and you see that before you pay.
How fast does the clinic get the money?
When you pay with Skeepy Pay, it lands in the clinic's account the way a bank transfer does, weekends included. Surgery and other high-cost treatment are approved by a Skeepy vet before treatment starts, usually within 15 to 30 minutes.
What if I'm not sure it needs a clinic?

When does the cover start?
Each benefit has its own waiting period, counted from the day cover starts: 14 days for consultations and core vaccines, longer for others. Every plan page lists each one.
I have more than one pet. Is there a discount?
Put them all on a Clan Plan, one bill, each on its own plan: Cublings, Furrtastic, Purrfect or Infinity, in any mix. 15% off each pet for two, 20% for three, 25% for four or more.
Do we have to sign up to be paid?
Skeepers pay you with Skeepy Pay, at your full price, and the money lands in your business account like any transfer. Partner clinics are also listed as Skeepy's Recommended Clinics.
