Set Up the Essentials
- 1. Services & pricesAdd your consultation, vaccination, surgery and lab services with prices so invoices and POS are ready.
- 2. Team & rolesAdd vets, nurses and front-desk staff and set what each can access.
- 3. PatientsCreate patient records or let them build as clients book. History stays with the pet.
- 4. AvailabilitySet opening hours and appointment slots so online booking works.
Daily Workflow
- Check the day’s appointments on the dashboard.
- Open the patient record, add SOAP consultation notes.
- Ring up products and services through the POS.
- Submit any Skeepy claim the same day.
